Who We Are
HealthX offers an all-encompassing, in-network ecosystem consisting of on-demand telehealth, mobile healthcare units dispatched for house calls, and a high complexity laboratory capable of running most sample panels. Our services are currently focused on immediate care, mental health, and sexual health. The On-Demand platform offers patients instant care and treatment options through best-in-class medical providers who can prescribe medications, order labs, and ultimately route and deliver care to a patient’s home.
Our History
Improving access to vital medical therapies and establishing health equity is at the heart of HealthX’s mission. HealthX’s foundation is built upon Technology. Our technology synced with our health delivery model powers the very successful COVID At-home vaccination program for the Chicago Department of Public Health. In a similar respect we are the Mobile Vaccination partner for the Georgia Department of Public Health, helping them reach their rural communities. Our public health initiative, MobileVAX, is the largest At-home vaccination program for the City of Chicago. We have the capacity to vaccinate over 1,000 patients a week in the convenience of their homes or offices. Our technology and healthcare delivery model also made us a vital partner to IEMA/IDPH in delivering COVID vaccinations throughout the state of Illinois. Our technological capabilities seamlessly integrate with many mainstream EMRs for order routing as well as intelligently route at-home providers, leveraging proprietary algorithms, enabling logistic coordinators the ability to monitor our 300+ Clinical staff via GPS tracking for all at-home appointments.
